130 Pagodas In Ha Noi

The Buddhist temple or pagoda called by Vietnamese "chua" plays an important role in the social life of Vietnam. Thousands of Buddhist pagodas are found across this country. In HaNoi alone, there are 130 pagodas classified as cultural and historical heritage sites of natonal significance. 
This book introduces foreigners to some pagodas of Ha noi, which are famous for their architectural values. It is hoped that the visitor will get insights into an aspect of the cultural treasure of the Vietnamese nation.
